Driving through Brussels on a dull Wednesday morning, when grey cars are too lazy to get out of their garages and huge black crows are crossing highways by foot, I was delighted to find an array of bright-coloured plastic trees planted in the middle of the road.

With the campaign posters saying ‘make city a brighter place’ images of the trees got stuck in my head, so I promised to myself to pull the brightest garment out of my closet and contribute to the idea…thus the next post will be on the brighter note.
