The image of a lady with a moon hat from the titles of a children’s program that I used to watch back in Russia sprang up to my mind as I saw this picture. Slightly more updated, less romanticised and more romantic, in that postmodern way when they add ‘nu-‘ to each style definition. I’ve been always wandering what a slim ghostly figure of a lady with a concealed face and translucent robes was doing in those ‘innocent’ titles. I guess she is meant to represent the ‘Night’ herself. Anyhow, here’s me in the role of the Night.
