I'm not just a shoe fetishist, but it seems that fuzzy textures, powder tones, platforms and overall chunkiness play an important role. It cannot be just any shoe - there's got to be something awkward about the footwear for me to notice it, like it and save it in the 'Eat Cornflakes - Buy More Shoes' folder. These three ended up there at different times, under different circumstances, but I'm feeling the pink/fuzzy/platform trend.
