And today’s bargain hunting left me blessed with some raw material for deconstructive thought: yellow dress with shoulder pleats, and violet dress with full skirt – it has somewhat thick fabric, and would be perfect with a narrow skirt, side pockets and some bias cut asymmetric hem…hmmm. I think the former will be shortened, out the shoulder-pads; the latter will suffer some reworking on the skirt!
