...or a new age cowboy. I'm not sure how I feel exactly, but I definitely have hearts for the fringy top. It's good with a jacket when the swoosh of the fringes is more subtle. It's good tucked in a skirt when the fringes touch the waistline, unrestricted. It's good just poised on top of the table, Instagram picture-perfect. I'll pack it for my trip to Russia to enjoy the deadly smog and 35 degrees heat in full swing.
